I’m looking for a fic, probably on AO3, in which there’s an environmental disaster after half the population is dusted. I specifically remember there being a rash of respiratory issues due to the dust, as well as a cooling of the atmosphere. “As Ever” by philinandsteel, while awesome, is not the fic I’m looking for. Hopefully someone will remember this one...
