Specific Human!Loki fic

Hi, I've been trying to find this fic for a while, without success, could you please help? What I remember of the plot was: as a punishment for Loki's crimes in Avengers Odin takes away Loki's magic, he's left to wander in the city (NY, I believe) and he suffers a LOT, even being arrested I'm not mistaken. Then, I don't remember how, the Avengers find him, and bring him to the tower, but most of them are very hostile with Loki, mostly Hawkeye and Widow. I hope I'm not confusing fics and merging them into one hahaha, but I'm pretty that there's such story. Thank you for your help!

I know I've read this on AO3, I even recced it once upon a time, but I could not find it now and IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY

This fic is pretty long, I remember it being somewhere like 30,000-50,000, mupti-chapter and completed.
It's basically a The Martian rewrite (very good one!) with Bucky being Watney and Steve being the Commander. It's slowburn Steve/Bucky. The other Avengers are the team and mission control but cannot remember who's who...

In the fic Steve is mad at Tony, and currently cooking with chili powder. Tony comes in and Steve ends up giving him a handjob, forgetting there's chili powder on his hand. Tony noticed but let him because he thought it was Steve's way of punishing him. Steve is horrified when he realizes what happened, and that Tony let him.
