Found! Looking for particular Tony and Bruce friendship fic

Hello. I'm looking for a specific fic that contains a Tony/Bruce friendship scene. I'm pretty sure the scene is part of a large fic. Bruce wants to thank Tony for giving him a place to live, and he realizes that the arc reactor puts a huge strain on Tony's body. Bruce used knowledge of herbs gained on his travels to create a mix of anti-inflammatory and immune supportive daily shot. He teaches Tony's chef to make it up for Tony daily as a "shot" mixed with coconut milk. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Tony gets kidnapped an none of the Avengers notices it

I've read this specific fic some while ago, but I can't find it for my life, so I thought some of you may surely help me!
I don't remember all of it, but it's about how often Tony got kidnapped in his life (I think it starts with the first time, when he was like five or six) and how he always has to rescue himself. And the last time, after he's like with the Avengers and stuff, he gets kidnapped again and they're all angry at him because they thought that he was just being irresponsible and took vacations without telling them anything and he kinda explodes and they all feel bad?
It'd be very cool if somebody of you helps me find it (also, I apologize for any mistakes I made, English isn't my first language) and I don't know if it's too vague, my memory isn't THAT great, hehe.
