Tony in mental hospital

I have a vague recollection of this fic, Tony was in a mental hospital and being visited by Steve. I don't think Tony was iron man, but remembered being iron man. Steve didn't believe him though. I think there was a sequel where Tony was proven correct.

I know very vague but any help in finding this would be appreciated.

Hi everyone-I'm looking for a specific fic I read a while back. It was either Steve/Tony or Steve/Bucky.

Steve has a twitter account that becomes super popular very quickly-there were many scenes were Natasha or another Avenger commented that Steve's account was getting more followers than celebs, including Katy Perry.

In another scene, Steve shared a link to a song on Youtube about being gay on his twitter account because he thought the song was cute or catchy. And Steve had a conversation with Obama on Twitter, which got covered on the news.

There was another part where Pepper made Steve get a publicist because his Twitter became massively popular.
