Looking for fic where Clint goes to work for Tony and Pepper

In Avengerkink round 22, (http://avengerkink.livejournal.com/18271.html) someone asked for

"A lot of stories present it like Clint goes on with his SHIELD life, being compromised, responsible for agents' deaths (at least as the weapon), Fury being a lying liar who lies, and all, but I'd like a fic where the stress from both sides is a bit too much to repair the holes in Clint's relationship with SHIELD.

So Tony, who is going back to California as soon as he can get his shit together long enough to finish his business in New York and go home, invites his semi/future teammate along for the ride. Clint's reluctant but Pepper convinces him they could actually use his security expertise and if a fourth person (after Happy) is living with them in Malibu... well, that'd help too. So Clint, without much direction on where else he might go, goes with it.

When they get to Malibu Clint, Tony, and Pepper bond. Can be friendship, would love it as a relationship (I never see this pairing). Feel free to add in Natasha as Spy Bros with Clint and/or Bruce as Science Bros with Tony. Plus Rhodey, Rhodey would be awesome. But, really, I'd be happy with just some Clint/Tony/Pepper." 

There is no fill there, but I know I've read this story somewhere.  No idea if it was on livejournal, fanfic.net, or A03.  Don't remember if it was finished or not.  But after reading the request on Avengerkink I want to read that story again.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Bruce basically adopts Clint and Natasha

I read this fic AGES ago and can only remember a little bit of it. I think it mentions how Bruce wanted kids and basically adopts Clint and Natasha...or they adopt him as a father figure. I think at one stage he teaches them how to cook something. I think it was part of a series. NOT de-aged or kid!fic, everyone is their normal age. Sound familiar to anyone?
