Darcy & Steve (or Darcy/Steve?) specific fic

Hi guys! I'm looking for a specific Darcy & Steve fic. I remember that Darcy and Steve go to a 40s-themed costume party (maybe a Halloween party?) in Brooklyn together. There, they run into a group of hipsters/cosplayers dressed as all of the Commandos, which really upsets Steve. I also remember that Darcy says something about how these guys have put a lot of effort and attention to detail into their costumes and that they're an homage to Steve and the Commandos, not a mockery.

I think this story is/was on AO3, but I haven't been able to find it under the Darcy/Steve and Darcy & Steve tags there.
