I'm looking for stories where the Avengers take steps to separate themselves from SHIELD (and possibly the WIC). Probably with help from Pepper and/or Coulson, with or without Fury or Hill's cooperation.

I saw a lot of Tony Lokison and I wonder is there any fic about him as another supervillain offspring. I really up to superhero with evil parents. If there isn't any I'm OK with just Loki as Tony father(or mother).
