Steve, Tony: Fondue and parents

I'm 56% certain that this fic exists and 44% sure I'm insane. It involves Steve and Tony, possibly others, discussing Steve misunderstanding the word fondue for a euphemism for sex. Tony then realizes that his parents adopted it for a euphemism and I can't remember his reaction. That's all I remember. I can't remember any more details such as where it was posted. Help please

Phil friendship fic

I am looking for stories that focus on (or at least include a heavy load of) the friendship between Phil and another person - Hill, Sitwell, Pepper, Fury, Natasha, Bruce, Clint, Tony, Darcy or whatnot are all fine, I just want Phil have a non-romantic, friendly, supportive relationship with another person (or several). There can be romance too, it doesn't have to be gen fic, and I don't even care about what the pairing is, as long as the story also pays some attention to Phil's friendship with someone else (matchmaking fics are fine, too).

Any suggestions/recs are very much appreciated!
