Steve prefers Howard to Tony

I'm reading First Impressions and Second Chances by lilsmartass, in which Steve and Clint bully Stark due to a series of misunderstandings. A big part of Steve's rationalization of his behavious is that he keeps comparing Tony to Howard and each time Tony is found wanting.

My question is are there more fics like this? That Steve doesn't like Tony because he is not Howard - because he is too different, too brass, etc. Could be slash or not (I know I saw a few kink meme prompts in this topic).

Saving the Hulk

It's an AU.

The Avengers get a message that a giant green experiment just escaped a military lab. But when they go, Tony notices that the green guy is wearing some kind of harness which keeps zapping the poor guy. He talks Hulk down and gets the thing off, and I think the Hulk turns back into Bruce.
Tony decides he will not give Bruce back, screw you very much Ross.

I'm fairly sure it's on the kink meme somewhere, but maybe it's on ff.net or ao3, I have no idea at this point.

Tony sexually assaulted.

One I'm thinking about is where Tony thinks he's cheated on Pepper, but he was actually drugged and raped.

A second I remember is when Cap walks into a stairwell to find someone trying to rape a drugged or drunk Tony and punhes them hard.

The third I recall reading at some point was where a woman goes to the media with the story that Tony raped her, but eventually the truth comes out that she was the one who raped Tony.

If anyone knows these three I'd be grateful, if not, anything in a similar vein would be good. I'm especially insterested in the idea of a rape by a woman.

And does anyone remember a fic where Bruce finds out that whenever he talks about something Tony doesn't know much about, Tony goes away and reds all he can about that subject, so that he can discuss it properly. Bruce is really surprised and Tony is all "I don't want you to think I'm stupid or not interested." I have a feeling it was part of a much longer fic, but I don't know.

Found: Bucky's arm is designed to hurt him

Hi, I am searching for a specific story where Bucky's arm causes him pain. Not because it's broken, or his body is damaged or because his flesh arm is growing back, but because Hydra specifically designed it to make it painful, so that the Winter Soldier would be motivated to return after missions for pain relief, as a form of chemical control/aversive conditioning. Tony is working on the arm and turns off the pain-causing circuit, and Bucky either falls asleep/passes out or just goes limp all over with the relief.

I think this is post-Winter Soldier, but it may be older. I have read so many Bucky stories since CA:TWS that they've all blurred together, and my searches for this scene have come up blank.

Fantasy, Whump, and Fanvids

I am looking for four things.

1) Any fantasy AUs (magic, dragons, steampunk, werewolf, whatever) with the main character being Steve, Loki, or Clint. Any pairings/ratings welcome.

3) Any fics with a character being abused by someone else. Tony Fics

Hey you lovely fic finders! :)

I'm looking for a couple things, all Tony-centric.

1. Young!Tony. I've looked at the previous posts, read AON and a few others. Now I'm looking for more lovely whumpy goodness. :) Raise differently AUs (kidnapping, red room, Loki, whatever), child abuse, team-meet-as-kids fic, deaging, anything along those lines. I wouldn't mind some gen team loving either. Superfamily with little Tony is always fun.

2. Platonic Tony and Natasha fics. I'm not interested in anything romantic, but anything with them developing a friendship, supporting each other, protectiveness, etc, all good.

3. Tony/Clint slash fic recs. It's such a tiny pairing, and I'm having trouble finding anything aside from the Dodgy Chinese and Only Different In The Details. Barring that, gen concentrating on their friendship would be good as well.

No restrictions on warnings or ratings, though if the fic has het it shouldn't be the focus.

Loki Appreciation Recs, please! :)

So, I just finished reading Refracted, by BeesKnees and now I have a craving (especially as while the story was great, it didn't end the way I'd been hoping).

1) Are there any other fics out there that are similar to this? One where the Avengers/Thor/Everyone gains a better understanding/appreciation for Loki? Maybe they realize that he hasn't been treated very well (probably before his, um, misdeeds) for him to feel so isolated and bitter and unloved? Or after for him to have turned out like this? IDK, maybe some horrible things have happened to him (before, after, whenever)? (I loved how Thor from the alternate reality treated Loki in the above mentioned fic!)

I'm a big fan of angst where there's abuse, suicide attempts, torture, rape, and other dark happenings going on with Loki so long as there is a happy ending (and a lovely hurt/comfort recovery process)! ♥

2) Or, barring that, are there any fic (Loki/Thor would be lovely, but Gen or other Slash ships are fine too) where Thor is especially protective/overprotective/just wants to hang out with/loves the best he can with Loki? Kind of like this fic.

Basically, I just want Loki love and appreciation from basically everyone (while still as in character as they can be) even if there has to be some hurts beforehand. I want them to be made better and, if it's not angsty/hurty/dark, a long-suffering Loki is best.

I'm looking for a fic where Tony is abused by his boyfriend, whose name I don't remember. I think it started with an M but I'm not sure.

I remember that when he tried to subtly tell the rest of the Avengers about it, he said "Sometimes he gets physical." The Avengers laughed and said they knew, but they thought he was talking about sex, not physical abuse. Tony figured that meant that they knew what The Boyfriend was doing and approved of it, so he eventually thought that he deserved it and that The Boyfriend really was trying to help him.

Another thing I remember is that The Boyfriend told Tony that Rhodey only liked him for the War Machine suit and that he actually had to pay Pepper to spend time with him.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Tony Fic abused and used for sex.

This is very vague, cannot remember which site I read it on but it was within the last couple of years.Think it was something to do with Asgard/Loki changing peoples view of Tony Stark, he as punished, sentenced to be used by public/avengers for sex? He is very traumatised and I remember I think it is Thor who is by Tony's bedside to apologise and explain what had happened.

Tony manages to put a bug on Loki and he ends up with a camera in Loki's lair (or appartment). He keeps his spying a secret and is amused to find out that Loki unwinds from his long days of villiany by having sex with his clones. Then one day Loki loses a battle really bad and he comes home and has his clone kick the shit out of him as punishment, stopping just short of getting killed.

Child abused/Neglected Tony(?

Hello, I have some time looking for fic in wich Tony is a kid and is abused and/or neglected by Howard (or Maria idk) or a deaging fic or kid!fic in wich kid!Tony shows signs of neglect and/or child abuse and the team comes to notices just now, or others when adult!Tony does something that let the team (or just Steve) know about his crappy childhood. Steve noticing that Howard was a son of a bitch and fluff, protective, and fluff Jarvis (AI or butler) could do too. I already had found some in AO3 and Fanfiction.net, but if somebody has something like that I would be very thankful since I lost all my bookmarks in AO3.

Tony & Steve, past Tony/Other, revealing of past abuse/rape

I have been looking for this fic on my own for the past month and I just cannot find it!
I think it was on AO3 And it had this plot:
Tony and Steve ( plus maybe ask of the avengers( and I am pretty positive that coulson was there)) are at a charity gala dinner thingy and they have to sit with an annoying senator and his family. Tony tries to sit by pepper or Steve but the senator's son insist on sitting by tony. He then starts casually touching tony, and tony seems highly uncomfortable. The touches progress into groping and tony flees( or something). Toby gets into a car by himself but Steve gets in too. Then tony explains that the son was a bully to him and went as far as raping him.
+ I think it is in Steve's POV
+ at some point Steve thinks about how the senator's son looks like a football jock
+ they pull the car over because something stops working and Steve asks if tony can fix it and tony is like " with what?"
+ the cops come and pick them up

That's all I remember but I someone could be so fabulous as to find it for me, that would be great.

Tony/Steve, Steve is not updated on the equality movements of subs, forces Tony down

I am going crazy looking for this fic! Someone please help!

All the Avengers are doms except for Tony, and Steve, having just woken up finds his behaviour very inappropriate for a sub. Obviously, things have moved in in society, but nobody bothered to tell Steve that subs are more or less equal now. He gets sick of Tony 'acting out' and 'disciplines' him the way he was taught at school (forcing him down, and coming on him)

The others are all horrified, and look after Tony, who does forgive Steve eventually.
