Horror Fics!
I am looking for horror fics (in honor of Halloween)! Body horror, mind fuckery, possession, supernatural monsters/situations, end of the world, abandoned places, etc. This list might help: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/HorrorTropes
Short or long (but short, creepypasta style is best).
If short, anything goes (character, pairing, character death).
If long (more than 8000 words), I'd prefer fics with Steve, Loki, or Clint as the main character. But will take any that are suitably scary. I'd prefer no character death.

Absolutely horror-inducing fic and one of my favorites.
Loki is the main character from chapter 02 and up.
While it does look like it in many chapters no one dies permanently, *everyone survives* do not worry.
Would not normally spoil that, but since death was on your "Will-no-read-list" well.. =P

Road to Nowhere (http://archiveofourown.org/works/1155790) by Lise seems like it will be similar. I haven't read it yet, but I've recc'd other stuff by Lise before so I feel safe suggesting it.
Saga (http://archiveofourown.org/works/548610) by teyke also fits this category. I'm a little hesitant to rec it since it's LONG, and has character death, but it's very well written.
