Steve plus meds

Hi! I was wondering if there were any fics out there dealing with how Steve can't take painkillers because they don't work. Anything is good and if there are any that have someone trying to find a way to develop pain meds for Steve that would be great too. Thanks!

There's that long fic where the avengers get a handler and they don't like him and at one point shield makes a device which feeds steve painkillers internally (and also antidepressants because steve' ptsd and depression is part of the story) and when the avengers refuse to work with the handler he withholds the drugs as they belong to shield and blackmails the avengers in to working with shield again. anyone remember this? I think there's a scene where they all get alien lice and go into quarantine with regular shield agents but this might be another fic???
