Steve/Bucky arranged marriage
So I read this story ages ago and I can't seem to find it now... Captain America is arranged to be married to the Winter Soldier as a symbolic representation of the peace between America and Russia. Steve recognizes Bucky, but Bucky has no idea who either of them are and more or less behaves like a normal person.
I think Steve's a virgin, I remember he wasn't sure about whether he should consummate the marriage with Bucky. (He does, eventually)
Aaand that's about all I remember. I really want to read this again, if anyone knows what it is :)
