book store owners POV of the team members

The story I'm looking for this time is told from the point of view of the owner of a book store and how the Avengers, one or two at a time at first, become regulars, sitting in a lounge area with comfy chairs and tea and coffee.  The one most often there is either a grieving Clint or a recovering Phil, sitting quietly for hours, and she (why am I assuming it's a she?) watches over them as they emotionally heal over the months.  I think Natasha comes in and reads Russian novels.
