Have you read Steve Rogers at 100: Celebrating Captain America on Film (http://archiveofourown.org/works/1599293) by eleveninches, Febricant, hellotailor, M_Leigh, neenya, and tigermilk? It's HILARIOUS. It mostly focuses on describing the imaginary Captain America movies made across the decades from the 40's to when Steve got thawed, but there are linking scenes with comments by Steve and the other Avengers. Bonus movie posters for all the imaginary movies!
