The artwork is Twelve Tiny Steves (http://ironfries.tumblr.com/post/40408264397/basically-this-is-all-valtyrs-idea-therefore-her) by Ironfries, which inspired several works. Copperbadge (also known as Sam Storyteller) wrote a few things, one short untitled comment fic (http://copperbadge.tumblr.com/post/41641514353/ironfries-twelve-tiny-stebes-i-named-them-eta) and a more realistic expansion, Captain America: Twelve Tiny Steves Again (http://archiveofourown.org/works/2905352/chapters/6474548).
