Hurt!Tony needs Steve's help to shave

I'm looking for a fic on Ao3 where Tony injures his hands and Steve helps him shave. There was a gorgeous piece of art that goes with the fic but of course I can't find that either.

Any help would be fantastic!

Hello, the art you're speaking about sounds like mine, if it is (thanks for the appreciament :D ) I confess I didn't know there's a fic inspired by it so I'm pretty curious to read it too and say thanks to the author. :D
