Hey, I looking for stories in which the team don't like Tony in the beginning and is mean to him.

Another wish I have, are there stories about a friendship between Tony and Hulk?

You should try Iron Man Yes, Tony Stark...Not Recommended (http://archiveofourown.org/works/576665) by lilsmartass. Team (especially Steve and Clint) misread Tony's character and treat him as spoiled milionar without any good bone.
