Child abuse towards Tony

Hey guys! I'm looking for some stories where Steve and the avengers find out about Howard's abuse to Tony when he's was a kid, preferably through a video that shows it or something like that, and it would be also cool of there was no m/m slash or stony.. I just don't ship it...

I'm pretty sure that Unlike Father, Like Son is almost EXACTLY what you're looking for! Also, though this next one doesn't fit quite as nicely into the box, I really like Perspective by Red_Tigress. This is a deaged-Tony fic where the team sees Howard Stark's A+ Parenting up close and personal.

Quick note on Unlike Father, Like Son- it is marked as a Stony story, but I did glance back through it before I recc'ed it. I'm fairly positive that you can read something like 90% of it (definitely the first story in the arc, at least) as just strong Steve and Tony friendship.

Hey! Have you read Unlike Father, Like Son? If not, archiveofourown.org/works/413090/chapters/685858. All the avengers, even Coulson find about Tony's crappy childhood through a video. I did read your request, I know you said no Stony and this story is tagged as Stony but this first fic on the series is more pre-slash. They act more like best friends than anything, and there's also strong BruceTony friendship and it's sweet and full of feels and IMH it can be read as a bittersweet one-shot. So if you decide to read it, don't go further into the series because then you'll definitely encounter Slash.
