Looking for Clint hurt fic

This has been annoying me for a couple of days now. I'm looking for a fic where someone points out that Clint is going to medical more often than the other Avengers, so he starts treating his injuries himself. Team finds out and freaks. It might Clint/Coulson, but I'm not 100% sure.
