Hi! I was just looking through old posts and I'd like to recommend A Study in Crimson and Viridian (http://archiveofourown.org/series/26512). It's one of the most in-depth fics I've ever read and really lacks the love it deserves. There's the genderbend Tony Stark (to Natasha Stark); however the pairing is FrostIron, which doesn't match your request entirely. Even so, I really recommend giving it a try, because these characters are portrayed really well. I personally found it somewhat mind-blowing, and I didn't even like FrostIron that much when I read it. It's also found of ff.net, if you like that format better.
