Wolfpawn (https://www.fanfiction.net/u/3990122/wolfpawn) on fanfiction.net has written many Loky/Oc stories.
Many are written using the second person format, such as a Loki/Reader, but without the (Y/N) inserts and all those things. They are well written in my opinion.
