I am looking for a fiction where tony finds out the new agents of shield are being cruel to clint after his mind-control then tony goes BAMF and protects clint

Darn I might know which one you're talking about but can't remember the name of the fic. The scene I remember is Tony telling a bunch of agents for how they're treating Clint. Does that sound like the one you mean?

I'll search my bookmarks and see if I can find!

You might also try "You Can't Call It That!" by Scavenge4dreams. Chapter 2 or 3 has a scene kinda like that.
