Nick Fury and Augustus Gibbons (xXx) related...or no?

I was wondering if there are any stories where the resemblance between Nick Fury and Augustus Gibbons is noted, whether they're cousins, brothers, or just lookalikes.  Or maybe the same person?  Or maybe just a story with Xander Cage in the Marvel verse.  Thanks
