Is there such fanfiction? Something like POV of laundry people or food delivery  or security or just SI staff members. May be interaction of JARVIS/Avengers with them.

Part of the Coulson Lives, but the Avengers might be the death of him. It follows an original character, an employee named Bryn, and her interactions with the Avengers and Jarvis. There are spoilers for the other stories in the series but I don't think you have to read them to understand it.

Um, 5 Times Steve Rogers pissed off his PA Manager and the One Time He Didn't (http://archiveofourown.org/works/2624555) is sort of along those lines from the point of view of his PA. Like The Turing Test it's also part of a series, but it reads well as a stand-alone and is the only part from an outsider's POV.

And F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S (http://archiveofourown.org/works/457777) is from the POV of the SHIELD wardrobe dept.

Neither one of these are really the best fill for your requestion I don't think, but they're the only ones I can think of...
