Oh sorry, yes, they both are. thefourthvine isn't very active these days but you can find links to all her fandom tags on the sidebar of her LJ under 'Fandom Index'. I don't think she has much if any Avengers recs, but she has recs in many, many other fandoms. copperbadge is more active on tumblr right now (same name) but here are his reclist archives too.
The other thing I've done is simply ask. When I joined a new fandom recently (Hawaii Five-0) I went to one of these recommendation communities and simply said I'm new to H50, give me all your favorite fics. I got so many responses, I still haven't had a chance to go through all of them! And a really incredible variety, too. (And not all to my liking, but that's to be expected. Most of them were great, though.) People are very giving about this sort of thing.
