Stony fic comicverse

Hi,
I'm looking for a stony fic where avengers are divided. Steve is the head of avengers in New York and Tony is too the head of avengers in the another city. Things are difficult between them. If I remember well Hank Pym and Janet Van Dyne are separed/divorced. Hank is left with Tony and Jan stayed with Steve.
It's a comicverse.

Do you remember any other details? Because there are soo many fics like that especially because it's canon (tony has his own team in the west coast).

Its been awhile since I read it but I know Hank and Jan are separated. Hank's part of the west coast team with Tony and Jan's on Steve's team in NY.
