Clint and Natasha like to stay in their animal forms fic?

I'm trying to find a fanfic and I briefly ran across long ago. I only ran across the plot of it but didn't get the chance to read it. Anyways it has to do with Clint and Natasha being able to shift into animals or a certain animal form. I think they used the Harry Potter reference of animagus. Anyways the plot said something about Clint and Natasha staying in their animal form often, making the rest of the team uncomfortable or awkward. If I'm remembering correctly, they all could shift into animals.
