If self-recs are okay, I've written a few where Clint's deafness is featured.

Hands and Voices (http://archiveofourown.org/series/146805) is a soulmate AU series with a heavy emphasis on sign language and other elements of deafness. Clint/Phil

These Walls Are Paper Thin (http://archiveofourown.org/works/2483765) is a Bruce and Hulk-centric gen fic. The section featuring Clint talks about hearing aids and lipreading.

Lucky Pennies (http://archiveofourown.org/works/1311790) was written as a canon compatible AU (has been jossed by various Phase 2 things) with elements of magical realism. Has a scene where hearing aids and their downsides in the field are discussed. Gen, but can be read as Clint/Phil and Clint/Natasha.

As for other people's stories -

Life of Crime (http://archiveofourown.org/works/1673435) by neveralarch.
You need this story in your life. It's one of my all time favourites. It's funny, it's sex- and kink-positive, it's a romp from start to finish and a deliciously enjoyable AU to boot. Plus, it's got a super-rarepair front and centre, and so whenever I get the chance I sing its praises, because people who search purely by pairing will likely have missed it before now. Featuring Deaf Clint who uses aids, lipreads and signs, plus a cameo by Echo, a Deaf Marvel woman of colour.

Revelations (http://archiveofourown.org/works/449111) by snack_size is an oldie but a goodie. Clint's new hearing aids are causing him pain, so he takes them out. Cue his new teammates discovering his deafness. Clint/Natasha with a side of Tony/Bruce.

mixtape series (http://archiveofourown.org/series/137547) by verity features some great, funny learning-sign humour in at least one story, but you should read the lot - they're great. Various pairings.

soul meets body (http://archiveofourown.org/series/119859) is a fantastic transgender!Clint series by shadowen. Eventual Clint/Phil.
