Hm, think I might have a couple of AUs for you. Clockwork Empire (http://archiveofourown.org/series/27924) is a great steampunk AU. Data is King (http://archiveofourown.org/works/1251166/chapters/2573830) is an epic, imaginative cyberpunk AU.
