SHIELD asks to keep the alien for a few days to study it, in turn for the aliens taking Clint to study him. Then Clint is taken to this examination room on the foreign planet and this alien girl starts running tests and takes off his clothes and stuff. Yeah, that's all I remember, so, if you have a name of a fic like that please tell. OH! Btw, there's a fanart that goes with it of Clint from the back with only his right half visible, he's also not wearing clothes... And I think the overall color scheme of the fanart is either golden brown or bluish silver.
