I feel like I've gone through every tag on Ao3 (of course this isn't true but I feel like it) and as I'm quite illiterate on other fan fic sites I wonder if you have a favourite fic not on Ao3? Anywhere is fine, the kink meme, whatever is good.

I had a really awesome dream a few nights ago. This idea was only a small part of the 'story' and I wonder if I picked it up from skimming fic summaries since I don't read Tony fics.

Takes place pre-Iron Man.
Jarvis is a real person that Tony was having a secret relationship with. He tragically dies, which is what leads to Tony naming his AI J.A.R.V.I.S. all those years later.

I remember having read either a longfic or a series that started out with Tony getting the could shoulder by the rest of the Avengers (mainly Clint and Steve) despite Tony inviting the team into his tower and making them nifty weapons and armour upgrades and stuff.
When Pepper finds out she makes Steve pay rent that kinda forces him to take up a job as entertaining kids during birthday parties or something like that.

Hi! I'm looking for a fic I read years ago - I remember it was a Loki/Tony Stark longfic, and it has a beach that was really important to the storyline. They went there for clandestine meetings? There was also a yacht or a boat? Tony has drinks with Bruce and Thor on it? Additionally, one of the scene I remember later on, is Tony being at a party or a benefit, and running late to a meeting with Loki, which he was worrying about - when Loki appears as a woman at the party and they escape all the annoying bureaucrats trying to get Tony Stark's attention.

If you know/remember this fic, I would appreciate you dropping a link in the comments! I know it's very weird and vague, but it's bugging me, and I can't find it on Ao3.
