Clint Barton fic search

Hello, I'm searching for a fanfiction. I think it was located at AO3, kind of a origin story/backstory for Clint and it was longer than 25.000 words, but I only remember one scene clearly:
Clint gets Agent Coulson as his handler and awaits instructions, because every other handler before thought he was undisciplined and maybe even mentally deficient. Coulson sighs and explains that he expects Clint to be a grown man who does not need to be told how to tie his shoes.

I don't remember whether it was a Clint/Phil-pairing or friendship fic.

Could somebody help me out, please?

Was it one of the ones where Clint's dyslexic and can't read or fill out forms and stuff?

I think it's Falling In love is hard on the knees (http://archiveofourown.org/works/788091?view_full_work=true) The part you remember is in Chapter 2. But, there is another story out there that's similar in the "Clint thinks it is his 'final chance'" where he's extra professional. I'll keep an eye out.

I think the other fic paperdollkisses refers to might be Slow and Soft (http://archiveofourown.org/works/558972?view_full_work=true) by onthewaters? The "Clint thinks this is his last chance" shows up in the last part of the first chapter.
