Werewolves + arranged marraige?

Possibly I am going crazy, but I am looking for a fic that I thought I read a while back. It was Tony/Steve,and I'm pretty sure it was Ultimates, beause Gregory was involved. It was an alternate reality were werewolves and regular humans lived in seperate communities, and in order to keep war from breaking out, there was a system of arranged marriages? I remmeber Greg manipulating Tony into volunteering to marry Steve and live with the werewolves.
If anyone else remembers reading something like this, please let me know so that I know I haven't lost is and started dreaming up fic.
