Lost fic: AU where Tony is approved for the Avengers Initiative

I know I've read this one somewhere before, but I can't remember what it's called. It's an AU where Natasha's evaluation at the end of Iron Man 2 recommends Tony is included in the Avengers Initiative. Since he's going to be included in the Avengers Initiative, he ends up hanging around with Clint and Natasha a lot, such that the three of them are already pretty good friends by the time Steve is found and defrosted a year later.

Edit: I could slap myself now. I managed to find it after less than an hour of posting this. In case you're wondering, the fic I was thinking of was He hit the heights at breakneck speed by pollyrepeat, though you need to have an AO3 account to view it.

I'm looking for a bruce/steve fic that was filled at the kink meme, but the link is broken.

The Hulk is affected by sex pollen, I think, and Steve takes one for the team, leaving Steve to try and reassure a guilt ridden Bruce afterwords or something. If anyone can help me I'd appreciate it
